At the unconscious level (the level that determines our reality), we all have beliefs, concepts, and values that form the filters through which we perceive reality.
 
Based on the perceptions we’ve had over time and the beliefs we’ve developed about those perceptions, today we have a way of acting that leads us to experience the reality we personally live.
 
If we are stuck today, it’s because of these limiting beliefs rooted in us, perhaps since childhood.

But what do we work on to develop leadership?

Indeed, the term “leadership” doesn’t refer to something concrete but rather to a concept made up of several components.
 
In the table below, we have outlined most of these components.
 
To develop leadership, one must be aware of the elements that compose it and the elements within ourselves that we need to develop.
 
Some people already have a good number of these components at a sufficient level of development.
 
For each component where our level of development is insufficient, we must identify the limiting beliefs that prevent the full development of that component.
 
For example, regarding the “Team Building” component, we would work together with the person to understand if there are beliefs that hinder any efforts in team building.
 
Once the negative beliefs about team building are eliminated, we would then teach the individual HOW to engage in team building.
 
This entire coaching and training process must be undertaken for all the components of leadership.
It’s a significant effort, but if we truly want to improve our professional life for the better, we must do it.

Coaching is the essential tool for the leadership development

Coaching is an essential tool for identifying limiting beliefs and reworking them. It allows us to see ourselves, much like a mirror in our bathroom.
 
We cannot see our faces without a mirror, and the same is true of our limiting beliefs.
 
After becoming aware of the limiting beliefs, they still need to be worked on and reframed, and several techniques are available for this.

Shadow Coaching
Coaching in the “Shadow Coaching” modality is an essential approach for observing firsthand how the client behaves and interacts in situations related to their coaching. Logistically, “Shadow Coaching” requires the coach to go to the location where the client is putting their new behavioral patterns into practice.
Group training sessions
The catalog of communication and leadership training from Talents Coach is made available to coaching clients. Depending on the package chosen, you can access group training sessions for free, in accordance with the TC schedule.
Private training

Support on WhatsApp
WhatsApp is an important modality for supporting the client in real-time throughout their coaching journey. Responses to the client’s messages are provided within a maximum of 2 hours from the receipt of their message. WhatsApp is also used by the coach to provide supervision and encourage the completion of tasks established with the client.
Telephone support
As part of coaching, telephone support offers a unique opportunity for real-time human connection, making it particularly valuable for supporting clients in their daily lives. When one wants to share emotions in the moment—such as the joy of a success, frustration with an obstacle, or anxiety about a decision—the phone allows for a spontaneity that other methods, like writing, cannot match.

Mario Mason is a certified coach from the Meta-Coaching school of Michael Hall & Michelle Duval.
 
He coaches his clients in his office in Paris and at the sites of his corporate clients across Europe.
 
After serving as CEO of several companies in Europe for a period of 14 years, he began his professional experience in the consulting world in 2002 with Kaizen Institute.
 
In 2006, he founded his own consulting and coaching company, “Phoenix Strategies Business Coaching,” with the mission of implementing the Kaizen methodology and the Lean Manufacturing approach in companies, leveraging the most advanced technologies in psychology.
 
Mario Mason is a Master Trainer in NLP (appointed by Richard Bandler); he became a certified “Meta States Practitioner” and “Meta-Coach” by participating in training programs in the USA and Australia with L. Michael Hall and Michelle Duval.
 
He is also a certified Trainer in Neuro-Semantics.
 
Mario speaks French, English, and Italian.
